The story of Hadrat Fatima (sa) and the woman who asked many questions

One day a lady came to Fatima (sa) & said 'I have a weak old mother who does not know a few problems about her Service (prayers). She has sent me towards you to question you (about them). Thus Fatima answered her (questions). And the number of her queries reached to ten & Fatima (sa) replied to all her questions. Then she (the woman got a shamed because of the high number of her questions. And said, 'Oh daughter of the Prophet (S) 'I do 'not put you to more inconvenience than this.

The Extraordinary Love of the Prophet of Islam for his daughter, Zahra (as)

 

إذا اشتقت إلى الجنة قبّلْتُ نحرَ فاطمة

“Whenever I long for paradise, I kiss the throat of Fatimah.1

All of the historians and masters of the hadith have written that the Prophet (S) had an astonishing attachment to his daughter, Fatimah.

It is certain that the Prophet’s affection was not only because of their relationship as father and child, even though this sentiment swelled the prophet’s being. The phrases and words the Prophet (S) spoke when he expressed his affection for his daughter Fatimah (s.a.) showed that there are other standards being propounded.

This affection is one of a kind. Love of the beloved of God is love of God.

How was Hazrat Zahrah's (sa) prayer? Imam Hassan (as) narrates

Imam Hassan (as) said, "on the Friday night I saw my, mother (Fatima (sa)) standing in her arch of prayer. She was continuously kneeling & performing prostration till the dawn broke. I would hear her pray for the faithful men & Women, but she did not at all pray for herself. 1 said, “Oh mother why did you not pray for yourself like you prayed for others?' so she replied, 'Oh my son, first thy neighbor & there after your own house."

Who is Hadrat Fatmah az-Zahra, the daughter of the Holy Prophet? Biography

FATIMAH AZ-ZAHRA'
(Peace be on her)
Name: Fatimah .
Title: az-Zahra'.
Agnomen: Ummu 'l-A'immah.
Father's name: Muhammad ibn `Abdillah.
Mother's name: Khadijah bint Khuwaylid.
Birth: Born in Mecca on Friday, 20th Jumadi 'th-thaniyah
in the fifth year after the declaration of the Prophethood (615 AD).
Death: Died at the age of 18 in Medina on 14th Jumadi- 'l-ula 11 AH (632 AD); buried in the graveyard
called Jannatu 'l-Baqi' in Medina.


HADRAT FATIMAH was the only daughter of the Holy Prophet and Hadrat Khadijah. The circumstances of her birth are described by Hadrat Khadijah as follows:
At the time of the birth of Hadrat Fatimah, I sent for my neighbouring Qurayshite women to assist me.
